Consumer health cartons have to fit a facts panel, a claims block and a lot code onto a small shelf-facing surface, without pushing type size below what a shopper can read at arm's length. A custom supplement carton on reverse tuck end construction keeps front, back and side panels available for that copy, ships flat and erects without glue on the flaps.
Folding Box Board 300-350 gsm is specified where the carton needs a bright print surface and steady stiffness on shelf; Solid Bleached Sulfate 16-18 pt is used where a firmer fold and a cleaner score are needed on automated lines. Aqueous coating protects the printed face without adding a film, and the dieline reserves the facts panel block before artwork begins.
Brands running flavor, strength or size variants can hold one dieline and change plates or digital files per SKU, which shortens changeover between pack designs in the same family. Short revision runs and long offset programs are priced on different routes, so a new flavor does not have to wait for a full program.

- The facts panel fits at readable type size, because the panel block is reserved on the dieline before artwork starts instead of being compressed at proof stage.
- Variant ranges stay visually consistent, since one dieline carries every flavor, strength and size and only the print changes between SKUs.
- Print version control and change notification: every artwork revision is version-locked and released against a signed proof, so a superseded print cannot reach your line.
- Batch traceability with retained samples: each lot is recorded against its board reel and print run, and a retained sample is held so any question can be resolved against the actual production piece.
- Written quality agreement and open audit: we sign the quality agreement and open the production floor to your audit team, including artwork, printing and packing areas.

- Dietary supplement bottles for capsules, softgels and gummies

- Probiotic and powder stick pack cartons

- Travel and sample sizes for retail and e-commerce channels
Can one dieline cover a whole family of flavors and strengths?
Yes. Panel layout, fold lines and dimensions are shared, and only the print changes between SKUs, either on new plates for offset or as a new digital file. That keeps a variant family on one die and one carton footprint.
Do you set the Supplement Facts panel from our own file?
The panel is placed from the file you supply and proofed at 1:1, so nutrient values and the percent daily value column stay inside the reserved block and are not reflowed by the printer. A Facts panel is set from its own separate layout; the two panel formats are never merged into one block.
What finish keeps a matte look without a film?
An aqueous matte coating. It is applied in line after printing and does not add a plastic layer, so the carton stays a single paper-based component.
Can cartons be packed for e-commerce fulfillment?
Yes. Cartons ship flat or pre-glued in inner bundles, and outer packaging can be specified for parcel networks rather than pallet-only distribution.
How do you prevent a superseded artwork version from being printed on our next run?
Artwork is version-locked at release. Every revision is registered against a version number and released against a signed proof, and the superseded plate is withdrawn from the press area, so the file on our system and the file on your line carry the same version. A written change notification is issued before the next run starts.
What happens if a defect is found after our lot has shipped?
Your lot number resolves to the board reel and print run that produced it, and a retained sample from that lot is held on file. We pull the retained sample and the inspection record for the batch, compare them against the signed proof, and report what the production piece actually looked like.
