The white outer liner provides a more uniform surface for printed graphics. The top, side and end panels can be arranged according to the carton orientation and the way the box will be displayed or stacked.
For retail applications, die-cut trays or partially open structures can be developed where suitable. Barcode areas can be positioned away from folds, seams and heavily printed sections to support clearer scanning. Ventilation holes and display openings are planned together with the carton’s structural requirements.
The carton is made with a printable white outer liner combined with a corrugated paper core. The printing method can be selected according to artwork detail, order volume, color requirements and the desired surface appearance.
Flexographic printing is suitable for clear and efficient repeat production. Digital printing can be considered for selected variable designs or shorter production runs. Offset-laminated printing can provide a smoother surface for detailed retail graphics.
Artwork should be reviewed for color, small text, barcode readability, fold direction and the visual effect of printing on corrugated board. A physical sample is recommended for important retail packaging projects.
