Product Structure
The internal insert creates a more organized packing layout and can help limit uncontrolled movement inside the carton. Cell dimensions and divider geometry are developed around the actual fruit size and pack count.
Ventilation openings can be aligned with the insert channels so the internal component does not unnecessarily block airflow. The insert height, carton closure and stacking direction are reviewed together to help avoid unwanted pressure on the packed fruit.
A production sample is recommended to confirm fruit fit, loading speed, insert stability and closure performance before a larger production run.
Materials and Printing
The outer carton can use kraft, white top or recycled corrugated paper board. Internal components may be made from paperboard, corrugated board or molded fiber, depending on the required shape, separation and material preference.
The outer carton may be printed with a logo, product information, origin, pack count, handling marks or seasonal artwork. Internal inserts are generally kept simple to support clear loading and efficient packing.
