Product Structure
A double wall carton contains two fluted layers and three liner layers. This reinforced construction can be considered when the packaging must support higher stacking loads or withstand more demanding handling conditions.
Carton dimensions can be coordinated with the pallet footprint and container loading plan. The placement and size of ventilation openings are reviewed together with the required panel strength. Full-overlap panels, reinforced corners or custom closures may be considered for specific distribution requirements.
Materials and Printing
The liners may be produced with kraft paper, recycled paper or a selected combination of paper grades. Material selection should take account of the required compression performance, surface appearance, moisture exposure, printing requirements and project budget.
Flexographic printing provides clear logistics information for repeat production. A printed liner or offset-laminated outer surface can be considered when the packaging also serves as a branded presentation carton. Final artwork should be reviewed for fold lines, seams, barcode position and handling orientation.
